In-person training provides you with hands on coaching and real-time feedback on exercise technique and performance.
As your coach, it is my job to educate you and provide you with the valuable skills needed to maximize your results. This is essential for beginner clients who want to develop proper movement mechanics from the beginning, facilitating an environment for a safer, more effective workout.
